Royal National Lifeboat Institute assembly

During a special assembly, the RNLI gave all the children some brilliant advice on how to keep safe when they are on the beach. The children saw the different flags which are placed on the beach to indicate whether it is safe to be in the water. They learned that it is safer to play between the red and yellow flags because the lifeguards are watching to see that you are safe. The two lifeguards dressed in their yellow and red work clothes showed the children how they use their special equipment to rescue people. The children were also reminded about keeping safe from the sun.
