Children throughout school have been visiting their local churches and the Cathedral in Norwich.
The Reception children visited St Pauls church where they learned about the 4 weeks of advent and the candles which are lit each week. The children made Christmas tree angels and stained glass windows.
The Year 1 children visited Meadow Way and listened to the Christmas story and participated with sound effects. They made crafts with glitter, a Christmas card and a picture of the stable with the Nativity characters. They finished with a Christmas carol.
The Year 2 children visited Norwich Cathedral and followed the shepherds and other characters for a walk around, going to Bethlehem and telling the Christmas story. The children dressed up as different characters. They also made angels.
Thank you to everyone who helped to make these trips a big success.
